Psst! We heard you are ready to start your yoga journey and have we got a class for you! This Vinyasa class teaches the basics for people new to yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which students synchronize movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Zero flexibility required! No mat? No problem! We got you covered. Let’s get it started!

VIN-YIN FLOW - every other TUE, 6:15PM
This is a virtual class.
This up-tempo Vinyasa class repeats a series of flowing postures between longer holds of static postures. Movements and holds are intentionally linked to the breath. The lively pace creates heat and builds strength. The static postures increase flexibility.

FLOW N MEDITATE -
THU, 7:15PM & SUN 11AM
This is an online virtual class.
With the goal to create harmony between mind, body and spirit, this class offers a gentle sequence of flowing movements combined with conscious breathing and attention to the present moment. Expect to build strength and sharpen your focus. This class begins with a short guided meditation and ends with an extended savasana.

GENTLE FRIYAAY FLOW- FRI, 6PM
This is an in-studio and virtual class.

This class is a great way to reset, connect with your body and calm your mind. We will move through a series of stretches, yoga poses and guided breathing to increase flexibility and mobility, decompress, and create more physical space in the body. With a focus on action, alignment and breath, this practice features a nice tempo to find what feels good and listen to the body.

GROW YOUR GRATITUDE -

This is a medium paced flow with yin and vinyasa elements designed to cultivate grounding and gratitude. Affirmations to invoke gratitude are used throughout this flow.

Free Your Mind Meditation will take place every Sunday 10:00-10:30am starting December 13th.

Make a practice of turning down the volume on the noise in your world to hear your inner voice. Try it. See for yourself the power of a regular meditation practice. Tuning out to tune in is an essential for grounding, increasing clarity of purpose and aligning your actions/decision/choices with your core essence.

Practice training the mind to maintain a steady focus, strengthen attention, deepen awareness and cultivate happiness, well-being and peace of mind.

The Free Your Mind Meditation class will provide a solid foundation to start a meditation practice, explain the benefits of meditation, explore different types of meditation and discuss the common challenges encountered in practice. The class will include, gentle yoga to prepare the body and mind for meditation, pranayama (breath work), meditation practice and opportunity for reflection and discussion.

This is an in-studio and virtual class.
Virya is commonly translated as the "energy", "diligence", "enthusiasm" or "effort" required on the path to achieving liberation. The Virya Flow is a creative and energetic vinyasa flow that couples pranayama and strength with dynamic movement followed by a brief guided meditation. You'll leave this flow with a balance of renewed energy and calm. Free yourself!

YIN - every other TUE, 6:15PM
This is an online virtual class.
Time to slow it down. This class is designed to be a standalone practice or be a complement to more active practices of yoga or exercise. Poses or asanas are held for longer periods of time. Beginners are guided to hold poses from 45 seconds to two minutes. More advanced practitioners may stay in a single asana for five minutes or more. Yin asanas apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body creating increased circulation to the joints and improved flexibility. Yin offers a more meditative yoga philosophy, cultivating space of inner silence, rest and reflection.
