Reiki is a spiritual and energy healing art with Japanese roots. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word “Rei” which means “Universal Life” and “ki” which means “Energy.”


Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.  


A Reiki session usually begins with the Reiki practitioner performing a short interview with you to determine your emotional and physical concerns as well as any specific areas of focus you would like to address. Recipients of Reiki are generally lying down on a massage table or comfortably seated. Recipients are fully clothed.  The practitioner will place their hands on or slightly above specific areas of the body to transmit Reiki energy.  Each hand position is held for 3-5 minutes. 


The intention of a Reiki session is to transmit Universal Life Energy to the recipient to create deep relaxation, speed healing, reduce pain and increase overall wellbeing.  After a Reiki session, recipients typically feel a sense of calm, relaxation, rejuvenation and clarity.

Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing practice derived from Indigenous Thai Medicine. It helps restore energy, improve overall well-being, reduce tension and stress, increase flexibility, improve circulation and center the mind.  It is usually performed in a meditative space where practitioners use the energy line system, the Ten Sen, to access the body's natural life force.  Through palming and thumbing techniques, the practitioner uses hands, feet and elbows to gently apply pressure to specific points on the energy lines to clear any blockages to the life force flow.  The recipient is passively placed by the practitioner in a variety of yoga-like stretches. Deep breathing is encouraged during placement allowing for a much deeper stretch. Thai Yoga massage is a fully clothed massage that offers the benefits of a deep tissue massage, the stretching and breathing of a yoga class and energetic balancing of the body's electromagnetic field all is one session.

Thai Foot Massage is a unique blend of foot massage and reflexology. It uses the ancient art of Thai reflexology to provide an enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating experience that heals the mind, body and soul. During a Thai foot massage, pressure is applied to specific areas of the soles of the feet. In turn, a reflex reaction occurs in another part of the body, which is stimulated by the manipulation of a specific part of the foot. Thai foot massage techniques detoxify and purify the body, helping relieve stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health, cultivate mental serenity and restore balance.
