POLICIES

CIVILITY

We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe space for people of all fitness levels, and of all backgrounds, races, ages, shapes and sizes, and sexual orientations to co-create and cultivate transformative wellness practices. Please be respectful to our staff and fellow yogis. Be kind always. Please honor physical distancing at all times.

LATE ENTRY POLICY

Ideally students should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow sufficient time for the check in procedure and class preparation. Please make your very best effort to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.  Our space is small, and late entry is disruptive for students who are already settled. Most instructors allow a 5 minute grace period, as long as they have not begun centering or instruction. Once centering or warm-ups begin, the door is locked for the safety and consideration of the staff and students and protection of personal belongings. The door remains locked until the end of the class session. No exceptions.

NO SHOW

Students may cancel a class reservation within six (6) hours before the start of that class to receive a class credit. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged for class.

SHOES

Shoes are not permitted in the studio - please remove shoes and place them in the shoe rack near the entrance of the studio. We encourage wearing socks any time you are not on your mat.

CELL PHONES

All cell phones should be completely silenced or turned completely off while class is in session. Please do not place phones on vibrate.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Please do not bring any food or drink other than water into the studio. Water should be stored in a bottle with a lid.

TEEN YOGIS IN ADULT CLASSES
We welcome students aged 16-17 with a parent’s or guardian’s signature on the studio waiver. Interested students aged 8-15 are welcome to attend class with a parent or guardian.

CHILDREN

Any children entering the studio must also remove their shoes. Please supervise your children at all times. Any unattended children will be given espresso and a puppy.

MATS, PROPS AND EQUIPMENT

For the health and safety of all students and staff, we do not offer props at this time. We have all natural mat spray cleaner available for use. We recommend everyone clean their yoga mats on a regular basis.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If the Prince George’s County School system closes or has a delayed start time, any weekday morning class scheduled from 6:30-10am will be canceled.

All other classes will be based on the instructor’s ability to safely get to the studio. If we have to close the studio for inclement weather, cancelled classes can be applied toward a future date. Check the schedule on our website or social media platforms (Instagram: @replenish_yoga_meditation,  FaceBook: Replenish Yoga and Meditation) for the latest updates.
