GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS
Our collective health and safety are our top priorities. We plan to reopen the studio on July XX. We have been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and regulations in our state and county in real-time, as it evolves. To ensure your safety we have implemented new studio guidelines to provide you a safe class experience.
REDUCED STUDIO CLASS SIZE
Our studio has significantly reduced class sizes to guarantee a minimum of 6 feet of personal space between yoga mats. There is a maximum of 8 students + one instructor in each class. Your yoga mat MUST be placed on the lavender tape. No exceptions. Even family members and those who live together must use the designated spaces provided.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
We require all students to wear masks upon entering the studio and when walking to and from their mats. In addition, we recommend students wear socks when not practicing, rather than going barefoot in the studio. Masks and socks are NOT required during practice but should be put back on promptly when class ends.
ZERO CONTACT CHECK-IN
All students must pre-register and pay prior to class either through our website or the MindBody mobile app. We are not accepting drop-in students at this time to adhere to the 8 student maximum. There will be no exceptions. There are no refunds for no-shows. No late comers will be admitted to class.
We are working diligently to keep surfaces clean by wiping down all flat surfaces, door handles, bathroom fixtures, and other shared spaces with disinfectant throughout the day. In addition, the floor will be mopped daily and we will be using a fogger to disinfect the entire studio regularly.
For your safety, our instructors will NOT provide any hands-on assists. We will maintain a safe distance and demo at the top of the studio in view of all students as needed.
We will not provide any mats, props, bolsters, blankets, etc. for any classes or workshops. Please bring your own yoga mat, filled water bottle and towel. Please look around after class to make sure you hava all of your belongings. Items left behind will be disposed of immediately.
We will no longer store personal items in the cubbies at the rear of the studio. Please bring only what you need to class: keys, yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Place your items beside you and your mat. Cell phones must remain on silent mode. Leave all unnecessary items at home or in the locked trunk of your car. Items left in studio during class will be disposed of immediately.
Shoes will be placed on the shoe rack just beyond the entrance of the studio.
Replenish Yoga and Meditation will no longer offer studio memberships. The self investment for each in-studio class is $20. Class packs for five (5) and ten (10) classes remain available. All sales are final. Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
LATE CANCEL FEES
Due to our severely limited capacity and our pre-registration requirement, students will be charged a $20 (the full price of a Drop-In in-studio class) late-cancel fee if they fail to arrive for class on time or do not cancel within six (6) hours before class start time. This fee applies to class packages as well. No exceptions will be made.
At this time, we are offering one to two classes per day. All classes will be 60 minutes in length. Workshops will resume in August. Schedule to be determined.
Everyone must sign a new waiver that now includes COVID-19 language, ensuring you are not sick and have not been exposed to anyone with the virus. Any COVID-19 positive, symptomatic or COVID-19 student will not be permitted to practice for a minimum of 14 days.
We fully respect your decision to not join live in-studio classes at this time, therefore, we will continue to offer classes virtually. Please see our class schedule for virtual class descriptions and times.
We look forward to seeing you on your mat and working together to make this a successful transition. Namaste!
